Delete your account and official cloud data

You can submit an account deletion request in the MindList app or on this page. You must sign in and re-enter your account password.

What happens

• Local projects, tasks and notes on your devices are not deleted.
• New official sync credentials stop immediately; already-issued temporary storage credentials may work until their own expiry.
• Paddle and Google Play renewals are canceled separately. A failure is retried and reported by email without delaying cloud deletion.
• Official cloud objects and nonessential account data are deleted within 30 days and cannot be recovered. Legally required payment records may be retained by payment providers.
