Service

MindList is a local-first app. Local features and custom S3 sync can be used without a MindList account. An account is required only for optional official sync.

Subscriptions

Official sync offers 1 GB and 10 GB plans with monthly or yearly billing. The website uses Paddle; Google Play purchases are managed by Google Play. You may cancel in the original billing channel. Access remains until the paid period ends.

Data and access

You control a separate vault password that encrypts synced content before upload. Keep a local copy of your data. After the last entitlement ends, official cloud data is retained for 90 days before deletion; account deletion follows the separate deletion process.

Changes and support

Material changes to these terms require a new published version and acceptance when applicable. The support contact and legal operator details must be completed before public launch.
