Paddle

For website purchases, open the Paddle customer portal from your MindList account page to manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation. Refund requests are handled under Paddle’s applicable purchase terms.

Google Play

For Android purchases, open Google Play subscriptions to cancel or update payment. View invoices and request refunds through Google Play under its applicable rules.

After cancellation

Cancellation stops renewal; access continues through the current paid period. When all subscriptions end, official cloud data is retained for 90 days before deletion. Local data is unaffected.
