MINDLIST SUPPORT
Help center
Answers for accounts, billing and official sync.
Accounts and verification
Create an account in the MindList app, confirm the six-digit email code, and then sign in here. Use Forgot password if you cannot sign in. Signing out disables official sync on that device but does not delete local data.
Account password and vault password
The account password signs you in. The separate vault password encrypts synced projects, tasks, notes and attachments before upload. MindList cannot recover a lost vault password. Use the same vault password when joining from another device.
Official sync and your own S3
Official sync supplies managed storage. Custom S3 uses storage you configure yourself and remains free. Only one sync target can be active at a time. Switching to an existing remote space replaces unsynced local changes after explicit confirmation.
Buying and changing plans
Website and desktop purchases use Paddle. Android purchases and changes use Google Play Billing in the app. A storage upgrade takes effect after successful payment. Downgrades and billing-period changes take effect at the end of the current period.
Payment trouble and cancellation
During Paddle payment retries, existing access continues and you can update the payment method in the Paddle portal. Google Play grace period retains access; account hold suspends it. Cancel in the original billing channel. Access continues until the paid period ends.
Storage usage and limits
Usage counts the actual remote snapshots, changesets and attachments under your account prefix. At the limit, ordinary sync stops; local editing continues. Reclaim unused history in the app, or upgrade if nothing can be reclaimed.
More devices and cancellation retention
Sign in with the same account and enter the same vault password on every device. If all subscriptions expire, official cloud data is retained for 90 days from the last effective entitlement, then scheduled for deletion. Local data stays on your devices.
Orders, invoices and refunds
Website orders and invoices are available through Paddle’s customer portal. Google Play subscriptions, invoices, refunds and cancellation are handled in Google Play. See Refunds & cancellation for channel-specific details.
